PAPAYA SWEET Dessert Recipe


  • Half Ripe Papaya grated – 1 kg
  • Sugar – 1 kg
  • Citric acid – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 150gm
  • Salt to taste


  1. Papaya, sugar, citric acid and salt boil with some water in a steel bowl. Stir time to time.
  2. Once the mixture thickens add butter and stir.
  3. After some time it will start to unstick from the sides of the bowl. Then turn of the heat.
  4. Cut in desired shape and serve in a plate with very little oil applied to the surface.
